Data controller

The website publisher, a French sole trader (micro-entrepreneur). Contact for personal data: contact@quelleoccasion.com.

Sign-ups for upcoming services

  • Data: your e-mail address, the service you are interested in, the date and the version of the consent text. No other data.
  • Purpose: to write to you once, when the chosen service launches.
  • Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
  • Retention: until the service launches, then deletion.
  • Recipients: the publisher only; no transfer to third parties. Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare D1 database).

Advertising and cookies

The website shows Google AdSense ads. A banner asks for your agreement, purpose by purpose (audience measurement, personalised advertising), before any cookie is set; your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser. If you refuse, Google may show limited ads, without advertising cookies or personalisation. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

Audience measurement

To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, we measure visits: Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, traffic sources, time spent, scrolling, clicks on links and buttons).

Until you accept cookies, Google Analytics only receives anonymous, cookieless signals (Consent Mode). Data are kept for 14 months at most. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link.

Tools used

  • Cloudflare: hosting of the website and of the sign-up database (Cloudflare Workers and D1).
  • Google AdSense: serving of advertisements.
  • Google Analytics 4: audience measurement.
  • Partner links (carVertical, Oscaro, Autodoc, Amazon, insurance comparison site): by clicking, you leave the website; the partner or its affiliate network may then set its own cookies to attribute the commission, according to its privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them: Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
