    Manufacturer recall

    The multimedia screen can freeze or go black, and the reversing camera image may no longer display; the fix is a software update at the dealer. Recall issued in Canada (Outlander PHEV 2023 to 2025) and in the United States; we have not found a confirmed equivalent recall for France: check with the serial number.

    Fixed free of charge by a dealer and not counted in the reliability score: ask for proof the work was done (invoice, or a VIN check at a dealer).
